Prime Gaming isn’t just one or two games. It’s all the games. With ongoing drops for major releases and a monthly roster of free titles, the challenge is speaking to players as a whole and creating relevant, informative content about the games they love without getting lost in the noise.
We made our mark with a social refresh, leveling up the visual look and feel across platforms and embodying the social tone of “the support carry” to engage and uplift the community.
Creative highlighted a mix of thrilling gameplay, information on rewards, community-building prompts, and videos that tapped into trending TikTok and Reels sounds. We focused on connecting with gamers and providing content that felt relatable and recognizable as Prime Gaming.
After taking the reins on the Prime Gaming community, click-through-rate increased by 162% and engagement rate increased by 21%, proving that giving people what they want and engaging with them authentically gets results.
