PURA VIDA is a magazine I created while at FIDM in Los Angeles where I studied Graphic Design. PURA VIDA was one of my favorite projects I created while in school because it involved all the things I loved; design, layout, beautiful photography, travel and more.
PURA VIDA is about art, travel design and photography. The goal is to capture inspiring moments that send chills to the soul.
During this project I contacted the great photographer, Von Wong and asked to use some of his amazing pieces in my magazine. Surprisingly he responded to me and was thrilled with my enthusiasm and passion for art and photography. He gave me some high quality pieces to use with some great advice. I'm very thankful for artists helping other artists like him.
